2. Ability to address customer complaints, or other issues with products or services
3. Flexible enough to meet the needs of your diverse customer base
4. Sales skill for conversion will be an added advantage
5. Excellent judgment and decision making skills
6. High attention to details and customer centricity
Computer Proficiency : Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
