Roles & Responsibilities :
▪️Helping our users with their onboarding experience via our in-app live chat
▪️Analysing KYC documents and processing data they possess
▪️Representing Revolut online at all times
▪️Collaborating with other teams across London, Moscow, Porto, and Lithuania to tackle any customer issue
What you'll need :
▪️Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
▪️A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
▪️The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
▪️Strong writing skills and great numeracy and IT skills
▪️Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
▪️Empathy and love for helping people
▪️To be driven and self-motivated with a highly flexible team player attitude
▪️A self-learning, independent problem-solving approach
