▪️Completing the Video KYC (know your customer) process for prospect customers in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction

▪️Gather relevant information from customers as required and update it accurately to facilitate the decisioning process        

▪️Presentable while interacting with customers

▪️Ensure error- free verification of card applications

▪️Deliver Employees, Customers and Shareholder metrics as per goals

▪️Brainstorm with the leaders and colleagues to recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to enhance value proposition

▪️Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines

Skills :

▪️In compliant with Customer First Strategy

▪️High level of Customer sensitivity, commitment & service orientation

▪️Knowledge of KYC for Consumer & Corporate India Market

▪️Adhering to Blue Box Values
