Job Description :
▪️Support learning projects and project manage learning programs in US
▪️ Manage learning communications, mailers, invites etc.
▪️Provide reports, analysis, dashboards on enrollments, completions and other learning related reports
▪️Manage and update trackers, content, documentation and databases
▪️Support program planning, identify processes to help with smooth execution of the learning events / program
▪️Manage learning mailboxes, respond to learner queries of non-technical in nature via Case Management system in Sales Force
▪️ Liaison with Technology teams, Catalog Team, Compliance, Event Management teams, External Learning Vendors and other Talent teams to support learning processes
▪️The work requires that you work in 2 PM -11 PM India Time
Required Skills :
▪️ Proficiency with computers and applications – email, MS Word, PPT
▪️ Intermediate excel skills
▪️ Experience in working with US stakeholders / customers will be preferable
