Responsibilities:
▪️You are responsible to assist between 3rd party sellers and amazon via call, email or chat.
▪️Executing tasks assigned to you on a daily basis by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & guidelines
▪️Participating in the process improvement to increase the best quality, efficiency, & accuracy.
▪️Coordinating with your team manager when your work is delayed or blocked due to some technical issues.
▪️You are responsible in communicating in both English/Hindi languages.
▪️Reporting the issues with tools and software to the development team when you face.
▪️Maintaining strict confidentiality and following Amazon Policy and guidelines
Skills Required :
▪️Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required. Desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox
▪️Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
