Job Profile :
Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via chat support/ message/ Call
Qualification : Inter/12th pass
Mandatory Criteria :
▪️Fresher & Experience both can apply
▪️Excellent verbal & Written communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
▪️Must have Laptop/Desktop enabled with original version of windows 10 and connected through Broadband/Wi-Fi. Must have active antivirus
▪️Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
▪️Must have 4GB RAM
▪️Customer orientation
▪️Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
▪️No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
▪️9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
▪️Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy (5 Min)
Interview Structure :
▪️HR round - General check. - Video Call

▪️Client round General Check - Video Call (AQ assessment)
▪️Grammar Test
▪️Client Round (Mock Chat) Video Call
Payouts :
▪️Salary for Fresher 1.72 LPA, 12.7 K/Month.
▪️Salary for minimum 1 Year experience candidate 2.07 LPA, 15.3 K/Month. (Release letter mandatory)
▪️First 6 days of stipend payouts (300/Day) 7th Day offer letter
▪️100% fixed salary
